Privacy
This policy explains how Band Plan (bandplan.online) processes personal data. The site operates under Brazilian jurisdiction, so the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) applies. For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also follow principles aligned with the GDPR.

Data we may process
- What you send us by email: your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
- Technical logs generated by our hosting and network providers (IP address, browser type, time of request) for delivery and protection against abuse.
- Payment data only if a paid product is ever offered through a third-party processor, whose own terms would then also apply.
The site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comment sections.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to messages: legitimate interest and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps (LGPD Art. 7, V and IX).
- Legal obligations: compliance with law or regulation (Art. 7, II).
- Protecting the site: legitimate interest in keeping the service available and free of abuse (Art. 7, IX).
- Consent: only for optional processing that specifically requires it, collected at that time (Art. 7, I).
Retention
Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for accountability, unless the law requires otherwise or you ask us to delete them. Technical logs follow the provider's short retention schedule.
Sharing
Hosting, DNS and email providers process data on our behalf. We don't sell personal data. Authorities may receive data when the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers operate outside Brazil. Transfers rely on contractual safeguards or other mechanisms recognised by the LGPD, and on GDPR-aligned safeguards for EEA and UK visitors.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. EEA and UK visitors may also exercise their GDPR rights, including complaining to a supervisory authority. In Brazil, complaints can go to the ANPD. Send requests to support@bandplan.online.
Cookies
These pages don't set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for delivery and protection. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated first and, where required, they will wait for your consent.
Children
Band Plan is written for adults (18+) and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
